As you are aware, the City as a whole is experiencing elevated rates of COVID-19 transmission. As you may recall, last summer the DOE established a threshold as a school system for closing school buildings and temporarily transitioning to fully remote learning: a 3% COVID-19 test positivity rate in New York City using a 7-day rolling average.
