Class of 2024 Student ID's!
Dear class of 2024,
We hope this email finds you well. We are reaching out to ask you for some help in creating your school ID. Usually we would take your photo during the first week of school, but since some of you will be remote and the rest will be on a rotating schedule, it will be so helpful if you could send us a recent photo that we can use for your ID card. Please send a photo of yourself from the shoulders up (see example below) with your full name and student ID # to our parent coordinator. She will create the cards and distribute them to students in blended learning and mail out to the students on remote.
We appreciate your assistance with this so that each student can have a school ID as soon as possible, If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.
